30-Day Return Policy

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return most items for a full refund or exchange. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.

How to Return an Item

  1. Contact us at returns@woohoovip.com with your order number
  2. We'll provide you with a return authorisation and instructions
  3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging
  4. Send it back using a tracked delivery service
  5. Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days

Refund Method

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or we sent the wrong item.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, certain items cannot be returned once opened. These include personal care items, earrings, and intimate apparel.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If you receive a faulty or damaged item, please contact us immediately. We'll arrange a free return and send a replacement or full refund, including original shipping costs.
